Orijin Co-Founder – Commercial
We're looking for someone with deep experience in coffee, cocoa, or similar supply chains and a real network on both the origin and buyer sides. You can sell at a senior level, and you bring the gravitas to represent Orijin in any room. Being multilingual is a strong plus. Above all, you care about what better supply chains mean for farming communities.
Orijin & The Role
Orijin is a B2B SaaS company that makes coffee and cocoa supply chains more transparent, efficient, and equitable. We work with exporters, cooperatives, traders, and manufacturers across Africa, Latin America, and Europe.
After five years, we have a strong product, paying clients in multiple countries, and deep roots in key origin markets. Now we're ready to scale.
We're looking for a Commercial Co-Founder to own revenue and partnerships. You'll work alongside the technical CEO, sign the clients, and build the commercial engine from the ground up. The role is remote with frequent international travel. For the right person, this is a natural pathway to CEO.
What You'll Do & Who You Are
You own the P&L and drive revenue from day one. That means building relationships with supply chain operators in origin countries and closing deals with multinationals. You lead client onboarding, represent Orijin at industry events, and build the commercial team as we grow. As co-founder, you also shape strategy and support fundraising.

Why Join?
This is a founding role. The salary is entrepreneurial to start with, in exchange for meaningful equity and real ownership of the commercial engine.
You get to build something from scratch with full autonomy, in a category with genuine structural problems worth solving, doing work that spans three continents and directly touches the lives of smallholder farmers.
